Good build and warranty support
The 20"x24" size covers my back well and controls are simple. It failed after six months, but the five-year warranty was honored quickly and a replacement was sent.

Six-level pad — watch the plug and voltage
Great size for muscle warming, but it has a US-style 110V plug, so it won’t work locally without a voltage converter or plug adapter.

Instant relief — attractive and plush
Impulse buy for sudden back pain and it helped immediately. The seaglass color is pretty, the fabric is super soft, and the long cord plus travel bag are nice extras. Note the 20x24 size in case you need more coverage.

Too weak on top setting
Feels well constructed, but even on the highest heat setting it’s only mildly warm and doesn’t provide the deep heat I expected. I can’t recommend it for strong heat needs.
