Stays in place during activity
Performs well with either hot or cold packs. The four straps provide a secure fit so it doesn’t slip when I move. Cold seems to last longer than heat, but both are useful. I used these nearly every day during soccer season and found them simple and reliable.

The gel inserts slide into the lower slots easily. Solid construction that feels built to last. Wrap it starting at the center then secure the top and bottom straps. Keeps cold for about the usual 20 minutes. One drawback: it's sized for an average adult and can be tough to cinch down on a petite user.

Very pleased with this purchase. Gel packs stay flexible when frozen so they mold well to the area. They got a bit too cold against my skin, so I placed a towel between the pack and skin. Compression level and support are adjustable; material feels soft but durable and the Velcro holds firmly.

Reliable for injury and post-op care
I first used this after a skiing injury and it got me through the acute phase. Later, after surgery, having a spare set of gel packs allowed continuous use by swapping inserts between sessions. The three-piece layout covers the front/sides and hugs the back of the knee comfortably. I liked it so much I sent one to a family member.
