Extra Strength Sleep Aid Kit — Silk Sleep Mask & Travel Sleep Set
Product description
Experience deeper, more restorative sleep with a combined approach: a concentrated herbal tablet paired with physical sleep aids to address several common sleep disruptors.
The herbal tablets come as a 30-count supply formulated to promote relaxation and smoother sleep onset. The blend was created to include a range of over-the-counter sleep-support ingredients commonly used to encourage calm and help you fall asleep more readily.
This package also includes a premium 100% pure mulberry silk eye mask. The mask is lightweight and travel-friendly, designed to block ambient light while allowing skin to breathe—helpful for people who wake with light or suffer from dry eyes overnight. Alongside the mask are soft foam ear plugs to cut down on noise and a small anti-snoring nose clip (Breathe-Easy style) for added travel comfort.
Use the tablet as directed in the evenings to wind down, then don the silk mask and insert the foam plugs when you lie down. The nose clip is optional for those who want extra breathing support or to reduce partner snoring disturbances. Together the elements aim to create a dark, quiet, and calming sleep environment whether at home or on the road.
The silk eye mask is made from mulberry silk to minimize friction and retain skin hydration, while the foam ear plugs offer a snug fit to muffle sounds. The 30-count tablet pack gives you a month of nightly use if taken daily. This kit is intended as a non-prescription sleep aid option; individual responses will vary.

Kept me awake plus a headache
I woke up after two hours and developed an irritating headache. It didn’t help my sleep and caused discomfort.

Effective — quick sleep and refreshed mornings
Solid combo. I fall asleep quickly now and wake up feeling refreshed. The mask is comfortable and the pills do their job for me.

No improvement for my sleep
Tried the tablets and accessories but they didn’t make a difference for me. Not worth trying again in my case.

Mixed results between family members
I hoped it would calm my busy mind but it only worked the first night for me. My adult son, however, found it helpful. Results vary by person — it worked well for him but not consistently for me.

Worked some nights, kept me awake others
I tried this for about two weeks. There were nights I fell asleep easily, and nights when I felt more alert. After 15 evenings I expected steadier results. Disappointed overall.

Great combo for night-shift recovery
I work overnight and usually get 5–6 hours. With this set I’m sleeping 8 hours. The mask and pills are comfortable and effective; I’m very satisfied.

Helps me sleep — for the most part
I struggle with insomnia, and these tablets actually help. The travel mask is comfy too. My only complaint is the value feels a bit lacking for what’s included.

Caused morning grogginess for me
The product contains melatonin (listed in the proprietary blend) and that makes me foggy the next day, similar to drowsy antihistamines. It did help me nod off, but I woke with a headache and sluggishness, so I won’t use it again.
