50-Pack Filament Vacuum Bag Kit 11.8×13.4 in with Electric & Manual Pumps
Product description
This kit contains 50 vacuum bags measuring 11.8 × 13.4 inches and 50 matching drying/desiccant sacks. Also included are an automatic battery-powered air pump and a manual hand pump for evacuating air from the bags.
The bags are constructed from a PE+PA composite material with reinforced seams and are free of BPA. Each bag is transparent so you can visually inspect the spool and desiccant without opening the seal. Durable sealing clips are supplied to produce an airtight closure around filament spools without the need for additional sealing devices.
The size fits common filament spool weights—0.5 kg, 0.75 kg and 1 kg—and works with 1.75 mm, 2.85 mm and 3 mm filament types, including PLA, ABS, PETG and TPU. The included desiccant sacks help remove residual moisture inside the bag to keep filament dry and ready for printing.
To use: place a spool and a drying bag inside, align the zipper, secure the sealing clip, then apply the electric or manual pump to the valve to evacuate air. Lay the bag flat and position the valve against a firm surface for optimal contact when using the electric pump.
The design is reusable and the materials are recyclable where facilities allow, offering an ongoing solution for protecting multiple spools over time.
Pros
- Comprehensive kit with pumps and 50 desiccant sacks
- Durable, transparent PE+PA composite bags with reinforced seams
- Sealing clips included for airtight closure and reusability
Cons
- Electric pump can lack suction force at times
- A fraction of bags may fail to hold vacuum long-term
- Manual pump requires technique and can be tricky to seal
VerdictThis large kit supplies everything needed to protect multiple filament spools: 50 vacuum bags, 50 drying bags, sealing clips, and both an electric and a manual pump. The composite PE+PA bags are durable, transparent for quick checks, and reusable, though some users report occasional issues getting a perfect seal or weaker suction from the electric pump. Overall it’s a practical way to reduce moist

Electric pump failed
After charging, the electric vacuum pump stopped working and would not run.

Works but requires a method
I almost returned them thinking they were faulty. The electric pump only worked reliably once the bag was completely flat over the valve — I rested the corner on a table edge and ran it slowly. The manual pump still won’t work for me. Overall the system does the job, though the electric unit could use stronger suction and the hand pump design could be improved. The bags so far are holding vacuum and I like that desiccants are included.

This dog tag is better than I expected. Very nice quality. 1/5
Underwhelming sealing motor
This set disappointed me. The battery sealer dies quickly. The bag material is fine, but getting all the air out is challenging. I even tried a shop vacuum without success. You might prefer spending more for a kit with a stronger sealer.

Good for PLA and PETG spools
I keep all my PLA and PETG in these bags and they seal without leaks. The size fits a 1 kg roll nicely and the pump performs adequately. Easy to use and reliable for my needs.

Quick and simple to operate
They work well for filament rolls. I used the hand pump while the electric unit charged and it took 20–30 seconds to evacuate. This helps keep filament dry. I later tried the electric pump and it also works fine.

Some bags lose vacuum
Bought for filament spools as promised, but roughly 10–15% won’t keep a vacuum after a few days despite repeated attempts. I double-checked the zipper and valve seals. The pump itself works well; the issue is getting a clean seal on some bags.

Keeps open spools dry
Previously I wrapped open spools in small trash bags; these vacuum bags are much better. Using the battery pump works best with the bag laid flat on a table and pressing the pump directly over the valve. Once evacuated, the bags I used have held without obvious leaks.

Seal can be difficult to form
So far the bags have held vacuum for at least a day, but getting the suction head to seat on the valve well enough to start removal of air can be tricky.
