Sting-Resistant Beekeeper Suit with Veil & Goat Leather Gloves, XL
Product description
PATENTED STING-RESISTANT FABRIC: The suit is constructed from a patented 70% cotton / 30% polyester material developed specifically for beekeeping. The weave is stiffened to create approximately a 4.5mm buffer between the fabric and your skin, reducing the chance of a sting reaching you during inspections or daily tasks and providing defense against bees and wasps.
GOATSKIN GLOVES WITH BREATHABLE SLEEVES: Included are high-quality goatskin gloves that balance protection with flexibility. The leather delivers good tactile control for handling frames, while mesh sleeves increase airflow to the arms and help limit overheating. The gloves fit snugly at the forearm to maintain a continuous protective barrier.
DETACHABLE, REINFORCED VEIL: A hat with a high-transparency mesh veil is provided and can be detached. The crown is reinforced to hold its shape and keep the mesh away from the face, preserving wide visibility and creating room for ventilation inside the veil for cooler airflow.
COMPLETE SEALING SYSTEM: Security features include Velcro closures combined with heavy-duty resin zippers equipped with dual metal pulls for smooth operation. The neck zipper has sealed edges to help eliminate gaps, while elastic cuffs, ankle straps and an adjustable waistband produce a close, stable fit during active work at the hive.
UNISEX SIZING AND USES: Offered in sizes S through XXL, the suit fits over everyday clothing for most users. It’s suited to both novice and experienced apiarists in backyard or commercial settings. The package contains the suit, detachable veil/hat, and goatskin gloves. The maker provides customer support and a returns policy for added confidence when purchasing.

No Stings
Solid suit. Good for protection.

Handles Hornets Well
Worked great for clearing several ground hornet nests with zero stings. I wore jeans and a hoodie beneath the suit as an extra layer; the white fabric seemed to draw less attention.

Breathable Fit
Fits comfortably and breathes well. The only downside is the leg/foot opening doesn’t fully close, so a bee might slip in around the ankle.

Sizing Accurate, Minor Closure Preference
Fit matched the size chart. I’d trade the Velcro at wrists and ankles for elastic, but it’s lightweight and isn’t overly hot during use.

Light, Protective, and Comfortable
A solid everyday suit: light enough to move in, breathable for warm weather, yet protective. The gloves are flexible and the veil gives good visibility for inspections.

Relaxed at the Hive
The fabric keeps a small gap from skin to block stings, the goatskin gloves are nimble, and the veil holds its shape for clear frame work.

Protective, Not Heavily Padded
Comfortable and protective for routine work, but it isn’t thick armor. Experienced keepers will appreciate it; beginners should plan to wear additional layers.
