Koi Fish Food (14 lb) — High-Protein Growth & Color Pellets

Product description

What you get: a single 14 lb bag of floating koi pellets designed for regular feeding of koi, goldfish and pond fish.

Ingredients and nutrition: the formula is built on premium fish meal and provides over 42% crude protein to support steady growth and muscle development. Natural color-promoting ingredients include spirulina, krill meal and marigold extract to intensify red, orange and yellow tones.

Health and digestion: the recipe is fortified with garlic, active probiotics and functional nutrients to bolster natural defenses and improve stress resistance. The pellets are made to be easily digested to enhance nutrient uptake and overall vitality.

Pellet behavior and use: these are floating pellets suitable for year-round feeding and surface observation. Floating feed makes it simple to monitor consumption and helps limit uneaten food settling to the pond bottom—contributing to clearer water when fed responsibly.

Feeding guidance: offer appropriate portions based on water temperature and fish activity; watch how the fish take the pellets and adjust amounts to minimize waste. Intended for routine pond feeding to support growth, color and immune health.

Pros

  • High (>42%) protein blend for growth
  • Natural color enhancers like spirulina and krill
  • Floating pellets for easy monitoring

Cons

  • Large 14 lb size may be bulky to store
  • May require portion control to avoid waste
  • Not tailored for very young fry

VerdictThis 14 lb floating pellet formula delivers concentrated protein and natural color enhancers in an all-season feed. Fish tend to accept the pellets readily, and additives like garlic and probiotics support immunity and gut health. Floating format makes portioning and surface feeding easy, helping reduce bottom waste.
