Great for carpeted floors
I have carpet in most rooms and this mat makes using my walking pad a lot easier. Folding it up for storage is a huge plus. It’s reasonably thick and a touch heavy, but manageable.

Excellent floor protection and easy storage
I bought this mat for my home training equipment and was very impressed. It reduces noise and vibrations effectively while safeguarding wood and laminate from scratches and pressure marks. The foldable design is much quicker to handle than roll-up mats and tucks away neatly under the bed or in a corner. The material is sturdy, doesn’t carry a chemical smell, and provides steady footing for bikes, treadmills and benches. Sweat wipes off easily with a damp cloth.

I use this under my walking pad and it fits well, protecting the floor from scratches and dents. Reliable protection for floors
