Pelican Marine Waterproof Phone Pouch (2-Pack, XL) — Floating Case
Product description
What’s in the box: two XL Pelican Marine floating phone pouches in black with high-visibility yellow detachable keychain lanyards (two lanyards included) and a one-year limited warranty.
Construction and materials: Each pouch is molded from soft, high-quality TPU with a clear front window for touchscreen interaction and a transparent rear window that provides unobstructed camera access. The body is lightweight yet durable, designed to resist scratches and repel dust, sand, and snow. The closure uses two folding clips that form a watertight seal and a secondary secure lock to keep the interior dry.
Performance and limits: These pouches are IP68 rated for submersion to about 3.3 feet (1 meter) for up to 30 minutes and will float if dropped in the water. The clear window permits basic touchscreen control and lets you frame photos without removing the device. Side openings are designed to allow access to phone buttons while inside the pouch. The XL size accommodates most large-flagship phones and comfortably fits devices with protective cases up to roughly 6.7-inch screen sizes.
How to use: Slide your phone and any small valuables (ID, cash) into the pouch, engage the folding clips until they lock, attach the lanyard if desired, and you’re ready for water activities such as swimming, snorkeling, boating, or even showering and sauna use. The floating design makes it easy to retrieve the pouch from the surface if it slips away.
Additional features: The design emphasizes real-world utility — touchscreen-friendly front window, HD clarity for photos and video, a detachable strap for neck or wrist carry, and a compact, universal fit that works with many smartphone models. Intended for travel and outdoor water use, the pouches pair practical protection with simple operation.

No leaks on excursions
Brought these on a cruise and took them on two ocean outings with phones and passports sealed inside — not a drop got in.

Handy and worry-free
We use these every time we’re on the water. They’re straightforward to operate, let you use the phone inside the pouch, float, and truly keep the device dry if it goes overboard.

Reliable and simple to use
Works perfectly for me — face unlock still functions through the pouch so I don’t need my PIN. I tested it with an S23 and it floated while remaining watertight.

Keeps vacation photos and moments intact
I replaced lost pouches with these and my S24 Ultra fits neatly in the XL case. Buttons respond well and photos through the clear plastic look sharp. The strap feels sturdy so I can enjoy swim time without missing what’s happening.

Transforms how I handle devices on the water
The XL size easily swallowed my large phone with its daily protective case — no need to strip the case off. Its IP68 rating is reassuring and the pouch tolerates full submersion without leaks. The floating design and secure closure make it dependable for boat and beach use.

Held up better than I expected
I tested it with tissue inside, sealed and submerged at six feet for several minutes — zero moisture. It kept my phone dry during snorkel and jet-ski outings, allowed underwater photos, and the lanyard felt secure. Sliding in a phone with a bulky case can be a bit awkward.

Robust and photo-friendly
Used this while doing adventure activities; my iPhone 15 Pro Max fit well and images taken through the pouch were clear. Worth it for the added peace of mind.

Excellent protection, delivery issue
The pouch works great and fits an S25 Ultra with its case, floats and stays dry. Camera recording should be started before submerging and fingerprint unlock can be hit-or-miss. I gave four stars because my order arrived missing the second pouch and the seller provided no help.

Fog-resistant, sturdy, and dependable
Build quality is solid and it passed my waterproof test. The anti-fog performance is noticeable compared with cheaper alternatives. Touchscreen works for most tasks though fingerprint unlock isn’t always reliable. I chose the larger size and both my Samsung S24 Ultra and my spouse’s iPhone Pro Max fit fine. The floatation is a welcome feature for peace of mind.

Only one pouch arrived
I purchased the two-pack but received only one case in the shipment.

Missing the second pouch
I got a single pouch instead of the advertised two—disappointed to be short one item.

Clear windows, floats well, saltwater touch less responsive
Trusted the brand for snorkeling on a cruise and it sealed up fine. The XL fit my S22 Ultra and my wife’s iPhone 13 Pro Max with room to spare; front and rear windows are generous. The dual folding clasps are easy to operate; it fogged only once after repeated open/close in warm water. Floated reliably, though touch was a little less responsive in saltwater.
