This kit ships with three primary cutting tools: an 8.5-inch scissor designed for left-handed cutting, a 4.5-inch thread/snipping scissor, and a handheld rotary cutter. Also included are three replacement rotary blades — one straight blade for clean cuts, a pinking blade that produces a wavy edge, and a dotted-line blade for decorative or perforated cuts.
The scissors are built with cutting blades arranged so the left blade is on top when the blades are open; that orientation keeps the cut line visible for left-handed users. The handles are molded to fit comfortably in the left hand, offering a more natural grip intended to reduce pressure on the thumb and forefinger during extended use.
The rotary cutter is intended for a variety of materials: woven and nonwoven fabrics, fleece, felt, vinyl, thin leather, cardboard and wallpaper. It is constructed to be operated by both left- and right-handed users, and the interchangeable blades let you switch between straight cuts, pinking edges, and dotted/perforated lines.
Blades and scissors blades are metal (cutting steel) and the grips are shaped plastic with ergonomic contours. Use the 4.5-inch snippers for thread trimming and small detail work, the 8.5-inch scissors for general fabric cutting, and the rotary cutter for long straight lines or layered cutting. Replacement blades are included so you can swap in a fresh edge for different cutting styles.

Sharpness issues — disappointing
Do not recommend. The blades arrived dull: scissors won’t slice cleanly and the rotary blade struggles. I overlooked warnings and regret it; overall build and sharpness are poor.
