7-Inch Vinyl Outer Sleeves — 3 Mil Clear (50-Pack)
Product description
Includes 50 clear outer sleeves sized for standard 7-inch (45 RPM) record jackets. Each sleeve measures 188 x 188 mm (about 7.4" x 7.4"), giving a snug fit for typical 7" single covers.
Constructed from high-clarity, high-density polypropylene (PP) to maximize transparency so cover artwork remains fully visible. The material resists creasing and maintains clarity over time.
The sleeves are 3 mil thick (0.0762 mm), providing a heavyweight barrier that guards jacket exteriors against dust, dirt, fingerprints, spills, and everyday handling.
Designed with a flush-cut top (no flap), allowing jackets to slide in and out smoothly without snagging. Intended as outer protection for the record jacket — they preserve the exterior condition and presentation of your singles.
Ideal for collectors who organize and display 7" vinyl; use them to keep jackets neat, prevent surface wear, and maintain the visual appeal of your collection.
Pros
- Highly transparent high-density PP
- Robust 3 mil thickness resists tears and creases
- Flush-cut top for easy insertion and removal
Cons
- Can be tight on thicker cardboard or gatefold pressings
- No flap means less protection from dust at the opening
- Protects jacket exterior only, not the record itself
VerdictA straightforward protective option for 7" singles: clear high-density PP, a sturdy 3 mil thickness, and a no-flap flush-cut opening make these sleeves practical for collectors who want durable, transparent outer protection without fuss.

Solid 3 mil construction
Excellent 7" sleeves. The 3 mil material fits my singles well, though a couple modern cardboard/gatefold pressings were snug. I managed to get them on by positioning the 45 behind the sleeve. Material holds up without creasing — I'll outfit my collection with these.

Worth the buy
If I'm protecting LPs, using the 7" option makes sense. Works well on initial use.

Great protection for older records
Thicker feel and protective for original sleeves; they slide on without being loose. I still keep a paper inner sleeve on the vinyl to avoid marking. Very pleased with the protection.
