Troublesome return experience
Helmet arrived too small and the return was a hassle. I was charged return shipping and then had to buy an additional box to send it back via the carrier. Very disappointed with the whole return process.

Simple to adjust with a quick demo

High quality but runs large for young kids
Even at maximum adjustment the youth size was still roomy on my 5-year-old. We tightened it as much as possible and it remained a bit loose, so I wouldn’t count on it for competitive games where a snug fit is crucial. For beginner lessons or recreational skating it works fine. The construction is excellent and the color is attractive. I wish the maker offered models sized specifically for toddlers (around 3 years) — I would buy one immediately.
