Fitment and purpose
Designed as inner luggage for aluminum side cases, this pair fits BMW R1200GS and R1250GS ADV LC models from 2004–2022 and is also suitable for F850GS, F750GS, F700GS and F800GS aluminum boxes. The set includes a left and right liner sized to match typical pannier layouts so they slide into your boxes for organized storage while riding.
Materials and protection
Exterior panels use a reinforced synthetic oxford cloth that improves water resistance, resists abrasion better than standard 1680D fabric and wipes clean more easily. The base employs an anti‑abrasive cloth to shield against sand and gravel, and the interior is padded with high‑elastic EVA foam to absorb impacts and prolong the liner’s life.
Capacity and organization
Volume differs between sides: the left liner expands from 32L to 46L to accommodate bulkier items, while the right liner is a fixed 32L. Inside you’ll find a roomy main compartment, several smaller pockets and removable PE partition boards so you can create custom compartments to keep gear sorted and easy to reach.
Features and carrying
A reinforced foot pad at the bottom protects the bag and helps it stand stable when loaded. Waterproof zippers help keep moisture out in wet weather. Carrying is flexible: grab handles, an ergonomic shoulder strap and reflective trim are included to reduce shoulder strain and increase visibility at night. The liners also work as crossbody or handheld travel bags when removed from the panniers.

Too much padding for volume seekers
The padding is so thick it eats into available space — I lost roughly 11 liters compared to a softer liner. It’s bulky and won’t compress to fill odd‑shaped right saddlebags on some GS setups. If you’re not hauling fragile gear that needs cushioning, a softer, slimmer bag will reclaim that lost capacity.

Excellent quality and very practical
Solid build and a smart look inside my panniers. I’m taking these on a 7,500‑mile trip and like that the interior walls can be rearranged to suit different loads. The handles make lifting full bags simple, it unpacks cleanly and fits snugly. Compatible with both HD and BMW cases and arrived well protected in the packaging.
