Flexible Downspout Extension — 2-Pack, 21–62 in Adjustable, White
Product description
This package contains two flexible downspout extenders and eight mounting screws. Each extender features a molded rectangular inlet designed to mate with standard 3 x 4 inch (rectangular) residential downspouts and a corrugated, stretchable spout that extends and bends as needed.
The tubing adjusts from about 21 inches at its shortest to roughly 62 inches fully extended. Units can be trimmed shorter when less length is needed, and multiple sections may be joined together for additional reach. The reinforced inlet/head is built to stay seated on the downspout, and the product is rated to support modest weight (manufacturer indicates up to about 10 pounds) without collapsing.
Constructed from flexible plastic, the spouts are intended to be shaped around corners, plants, and other landscaping features while retaining a chosen curve. The kit includes eight screws to mount or secure the heads and reduce slipping or separation during heavy flow. The design is covered by U.S. Design Patent No. D1043926 S.
Pros
- Adjustable 21–62 inch reach
- Works with standard 3x4 in rectangular downspouts
- Includes mounting screws for secure installation
Cons
- Plastic may weather and become brittle over time
- Not as heavy-duty as metal alternatives
- May require trimming or adjustment for low outlets
VerdictA practical, easy-to-install solution for diverting gutter runoff. The two-piece set offers adjustable reach from around 21 up to 62 inches, fits typical 3x4-inch rectangular downspouts, and includes hardware for fastening. The corrugated plastic body is flexible and can be shaped around obstacles, though it may not be as heavy-duty as rigid metal alternatives. Good for solving short-term drainage

Started to break after months
Looked fine at first, but after a couple months it began coming apart. I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.

Well made but too large for me
Solid construction — I rated it five stars. It arrived too large for my gutter so I returned it and later bought the correct size that fits perfectly.

Useful cutout for low outlets
This unit fits downspouts around 2.6 inches square. Mine sat low to the ground and the cutout at the head allowed me to slide it underneath easily. No leaks and it extended nearly six feet.

Good materials and coverage
These worked great for our setup. The material feels solid for a flexible piece, extends the advertised 21 to 62 inches, and was simple to route where needed. Did the job well.

Performing well so far
Bought these to add length after my pool project left some downspouts short. They attach easily and divert water as intended. Longevity is unknown since they’re plastic; a weed trimmer could cause damage if used carelessly.

Worked instantly
Quick setup and it immediately prevented the flooding I had been seeing.

Just slides on and works
A basic gutter extension that’s flexible enough to shape to any run. It performs the intended job — keep water away from the house — so have one on every downspout.

Fits well but plastic ages
I’ve bought similar corrugated extenders before and the plastic tends to dry and get brittle after a few years. This model has sturdier rectangular heads and fit my 4"x3" downspout; it attached securely with the supplied screws even with small gaps. It looks decent and does the job—time will tell on longevity.

Not worth repurchasing
It functions but isn’t great. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Couldn’t join two pieces
Connecting to the main downspout was easy, but I couldn’t fit two extensions together properly — they didn’t align or seal.

Surprisingly good quality
This exceeded my expectations. Packaging and instructions were clear and setup was simple. The construction feels durable and it has worked consistently since I installed it. Pleasantly surprised by the overall fit and finish.

Does what it should, light gauge material
Bought to reroute water away from a foundation spot. Installation was straightforward — slipped onto the downspout without extra parts. The black finish blends in and it’s flexible, but the plastic feels thin so long-term durability in snow or heavy storms is uncertain. For a quick, no-fuss fix it’s fine.
