LIMITED YAYA HAN EDITION: Created in partnership with cosplay artist Yaya Han, this special-run Bernette B38 combines signature styling cues with a production-level feature set for sewing and costume making.

STITCH PATTERNS & FUNCTIONS: The machine offers 394 built-in stitch programs, including decorative, utility and stretch stitches, plus 8 one-step buttonholes and three alphabetical fonts for personalizing projects. The control panel uses an LCD screen to select stitches, set stitch length and width, program stitch combinations, and control needle position.

AUTOMATION & PERFORMANCE: Equipped with an automatic thread cutter, needle up/down control and adjustable sewing speed up to 820 stitches per minute, the B38 helps accelerate workflows. Adjustable presser foot pressure allows even feed across a range of materials from fine chiffons to midweight denim.

CONSTRUCTION & ACCESSORIES: The unit is built with a robust internal frame and a durable outer housing suitable for regular home use; it occupies a standard tabletop footprint and includes bright LED illumination over the work area. The package arrives with eight presser feet (commonly used varieties for general sewing), an extension table for larger projects, a hard protective cover and branded Yaya Han tools such as scissors and a seam ripper, so you have a comprehensive starter kit.

    A compact, attractive machine that runs quietly and smoothly. The decorative stitch count can be misleading because every letter, number and symbol is tallied separately — useful to know for newcomers. Overall I give it an A+ for color, ease of use and fun factor.
