7-Row Wooden Military Challenge Coin Display Case — Tempered Glass, 100 Coins
Product description
Handmade from solid wood, this challenge coin display cabinet is intended for long-term use and improved durability compared with composite materials. The exterior is coated in a fade-resistant black finish to help preserve appearance over time. The front uses 3mm HD tempered glass (not acrylic) to protect and clearly show the contents while adding rigidity to the frame.
The case contains seven removable shelves designed with two coin grooves per shelf to keep items from sliding forward or tipping. Each shelf offers up to about 2.1 inches of vertical clearance, and the overall box measures approximately 18.7 inches high by 13.98 inches wide and 2.36 inches deep. With the seven rows in place the display can accommodate up to 100 coins, challenge coins, casino chips, medals, badges, and similar collectibles.
No assembly is required: the cabinet is shipped fully assembled and fitted with two metal brackets on the rear so it can be hung on a wall or placed on a tabletop. Shelves are removable to allow larger pieces to be displayed. The item is shipped in comprehensive bubble-wrap protection to minimize transit damage.
This shadow box is aimed at collectors and makes a thoughtful presentation piece for military and service-related memorabilia, including Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard pieces. It suits occasions like homecoming, Veterans Day, Memorial Day, or birthdays when you want to display honors and keepsakes.
Pros
- Sturdy solid-wood construction with tempered glass
- Holds up to 100 coins with removable grooved shelves
- Arrives fully assembled and ready to hang or stand
Cons
- Some units can have inconsistent tray fit or finish
- Shelves are not continuously adjustable in height
- Will become considerably heavier when fully loaded
VerdictA solidly built wooden shadow box that showcases challenge coins, medals, and chips with a clear tempered-glass front and flexible shelf layout. Construction and finish are generally good, and the unit arrives ready to mount or display without assembly. Some units may have uneven tray fit or minor finish flaws, but for most collectors this provides an elegant, protected presentation for up to 100

Very nice appearance
Looks great on my wall and was straightforward to install. The mahogany/black tone suits my décor and presents my collection nicely.

Great for casino chips
Sturdy cabinet that holds chips well. Shelves don’t adjust, but each shelf supports two rows and the case can hold 70+ chips/coins comfortably. Happy with it.

Extremely pleased with this display
I own a couple of these kinds of boxes and this one stands out. Fits my large metal tokens and coins perfectly. The craftsmanship is attractive and solid. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a neat way to show medals and coins.

Solid construction and easy to hang
Well made and attractive. It felt sturdy and was simple to mount. Because it weighs a bit even empty, I used plastic drywall anchors to secure it — it will be heavier once filled.

Worth buying — bought a second
I liked it enough to get another after hanging the first. It displays most of my challenge coins attractively and holds them securely. Very satisfied.

Poor fit and finish on mine
Several trays were difficult to remove while others slid too freely. There were small chips and some unfinished spots. Not the quality I expected for a coin display.
