4x6 Direct Thermal Shipping Labels — Dymo 4XL Compatible Rolls
Product description
Specifications and supply: Each package contains 15 direct thermal rolls, sized 4 inches by 6 inches, with 220 labels per roll for a total of 3,300 labels. The sheets are matte white with permanent adhesive and include perforations between labels for easy separation. The thermal coating resists fading and light scuffing, and the labels print via heat so no ink, toner, or ribbon is required.
Intended uses and performance: These rolls are engineered for shipping and postage applications — full-size parcel labels, return slips, and courier-ready tags at packing stations. They suit ecommerce fulfillment centers, warehouse outbound lines, and office shipping desks that process multiple cartons and mailers every day. The direct thermal surface darkens consistently under the printer’s element, producing readable barcodes and crisp address blocks for dependable scanning.
Handling and adhesion: Rolls are wound for steady feeding through 4XL desktop label printers and include perforations for clean separation during batch jobs. The permanent adhesive is formulated to cling to corrugated cartons, kraft envelopes, poly mailers, and other common packaging substrates while minimizing edge lift during handling and transit.
Compatibility note: These replacement rolls are compatible with Dymo LabelWriter 4XL desktop printers. They are not compatible with Dymo 5XL models that require RFID-enabled rolls. For best results, confirm rolls are mounted correctly and the printer settings match the 4" x 6" format to avoid misfeeds.

Only labels I use for daily shipping
I run a small business and print labels every day. These have been my regular choice for years — far more reasonable than the name-brand rolls and just as reliable for everyday use.

Excellent quality and great value
Bought multiple packs and they’ve worked flawlessly in my 4XL. Rolls load easily, prints come out clean, and the paper tears off well thanks to the perforations. Second order arrived in a battered box but the rolls were intact; one roll had a slight ripple for a few turns but it cleared. Very satisfied overall.

Flawless for Ebay and other shop shipping
These labels run smoothly in my Dymo 4XL for marketplace shipments. They match the genuine rolls in size and shape and haven’t harmed the printer. The cost per label is far lower than my previous options, and I’ll reorder when supplies run low.

Top Dymo-compatible replacement
I’ve tried other clones that caused clicking and printing issues, but these never made that sound — my printer runs quietly and reliably. I go through a roll a month and trust these for routine shipping work.

Works well and saves money
These are much more economical than the brand-name rolls and have worked without problems. My partner ships a lot and these have been cost-effective. Jams happened only when rolls were installed incorrectly and were fixed by reloading.

Solid alternative to brand rolls
After using two rolls I’m pleased — no noticeable difference in stickiness or print quality compared with the original rolls. Packaging protected the rolls and labels adhere well to our boxes.

Caused jams and halted printing
These began fine but mid-run they caused the printer to pause and jam repeatedly. We lost many labels and I returned the lot because I feared damage to the 4XL. The sheets felt thinner than other generics I’ve used.
