3000 & 6000 Grit Whetstone Plate Set for Rolling Knife Sharpener
Product description
Sharpen to an ultra-fine edge using two high-grit corundum plates. The set contains #3000 grit and #6000 grit whetstone plates that are intended to refine and polish the blade after initial sharpening, producing a very smooth cutting bevel suited for precise slicing.
What’s included: a 3000 grit corundum plate for edge refinement; a 6000 grit corundum plate for polishing to an extra-fine finish; a genuine leather strop mounted on beech wood for final honing and burnishing; and a specialized eraser to clean the rolling plates and remove residue. The corundum plates are designed for dry use without water, making the process cleaner and faster than traditional whetstones. Important compatibility note: these accessories work only with Parkway Home’s Adjustable Rolling Knife Sharpener Kit and are not compatible with other branded systems. The kit is produced by a USA-based family business and comes with customer support to assist with any questions or issues.
Pros
- Ultra-fine 3000 and 6000 grit corundum plates

Reliable performer for premium, heavy-use knives
The corundum plates are solid and long-lasting, cutting through steels like S35VN and 14C28N with little trouble. I’d tried pricier rolling systems before and this kit out-delivered them. With the full set and strop it yields an almost glass-smooth, ultra-fine edge.
