Smart Vacuum Coffee Canister — Stainless Steel Container with LCD
Product description
Purpose and performance
This canister uses an electric vacuum pump built into the lid to remove air quickly and slow flavor loss from coffee beans and other dry goods. The lid features an LCD control panel that shows date, internal temperature, current pressure and remaining battery power. A single touch starts the vacuum cycle and a long press can power the unit down.
Materials and what’s included
The body is crafted from food-grade 304 stainless steel and the top panel is reinforced glass over the LCD. The package typically contains the vacuum canister, the sealed lid with integrated pump and display, a USB-C charging cable, a spare silicone sealing ring and a user guide.
Capacity and options
The product is offered in multiple capacity options (small and large sizes) so you can choose a container to match how many beans or snacks you keep at once. The larger size is suitable for countertop use while the smaller one works well for limited-space kitchens.
Key specifications and behavior
The lid monitors ambient and internal conditions, tracks dates, reports live pressure values and maintains an automatic constant pressure range around -30 kPa to -50 kPa when sealing. Standby power is impressive — the electronics can remain ready for long stretches (manufacturer states more than 200 days in low-power modes). Charging is via USB-C for convenience.
How to use it
Place dry beans or dry food inside (do not attempt to keep powders or liquids in the sealed compartment). Ensure the silicone gasket and rim are free of debris, set the date if desired, then press the vacuum control to remove air. To release pressure, use the designated touch control on the lid.
Versatility and gifting
Besides coffee beans, the canister is suitable for tea leaves, cookies, nuts, seeds, spices and sugar — any dry item you want to preserve longer. The clean stainless finish and minimalist display also make it a presentable gift item for coffee fans and kitchen enthusiasts.

Shipped very late and arrived damaged
Delivery was delayed far beyond expectations and when it finally arrived the item was damaged. Very disappointed with the shipping experience.

Doesn’t maintain vacuum as well as hoped
For what it costs I expected a stronger, longer-lasting seal. I’ll keep vacuuming my fresh-roasted beans to help them last, but I had hoped for better retention given the investment.

Gave it as a present — recipient is happy
I bought this for someone else and they told me it’s been great. No problems so far and their coffee tastes fresher. The seal seems solid and the unit feels sturdy; they’re considering getting another one.

A coffee fan’s helpful guide to the display and power
I really like the look and functionality of this canister and recommend it for coffee lovers. The display controls are a little unclear in the quick manual, so here’s how mine behaves: a long press on the green button turns the unit fully off, but that method will not keep a continuous vacuum. Normally you don’t need to power it down — the screen will dim and sleep after about ten seconds to conserve energy while leaving the vacuum ready. If the canister is empty and you want it off, wake the screen with a short press and then hold the green button until it shuts down.

Feels rugged and locks aroma in
This unit seals with a confident beep and seems to trap aroma very well. It feels robust — you get the impression it could tolerate rough handling and keep the contents protected.

Good features but seal can fade overnight
Attractive little canister available in two sizes — I purchased the larger. It’s suitable for coffee or dry foods. In testing I saw about -32 kPa while it will claim to reach -50 kPa for a peak seal; in my case the pressure rose some overnight. It’s possible grounds got trapped in the gasket, so I’ll run more checks. The capacitive buttons are simple to use for locking and releasing, and the battery life seems reliable so far.
