This kit ships with five distinct striking tools: a 16 oz ball peen hammer, a 32 oz ball peen hammer, a 32 oz rubber mallet, a 3 lb sledge hammer and a 3 lb cross peen hammer. Together they cover a range of tasks from shaping metal to driving stakes and assembling flooring.

Heads are forged from heat-treated high-carbon steel and receive a smooth, polished finish to resist rust and simplify cleaning. The forged carbon steel construction is aimed at providing long-lasting strength and impact resistance suitable for repeated use.

Each handle is molded with a non-slip TRP thermoplastic outer and houses a high-strength fiberglass core. That combination gives a secure grip, helps dampen vibrations and lowers user fatigue during extended hammering sessions. The handle lengths and profiles are matched to the head weights for balanced swings.
