Solid and straightforward

Truly EZ to install solo
As a senior I installed this alone in a double-wide closet with no trouble. The instructions are clear and the video gave extra confidence. The kit has everything except a drill/driver and includes a magnetic level and extra hanging supports for wider spans. It looks so tidy I almost left the doors open to show it off.

Does the job well

Good buy and excellent service
This was worth the effort to write a review. Installation was straightforward and much sturdier than my old wire shelving. I ordered the wrong bracket and contacted customer service; the owner, Dave, answered and sent the replacement quickly. Great service and a reliable product.

Spacious, solid shelving and helpful support
I rarely post reviews, but this product impressed me. The 12" shelf depth is much more useful than shallower options, giving noticeably more storage. The unit is solid and holds heavy loads without looking bulky. The QR code in the instructions links to installation videos that were a big help for me, and the included level made it easy to get everything square.

Fantastic product, listing confusing
The product and packaging are excellent and installation is as easy as the videos show. It’s much more robust than the cheap wire rack I had before. One frustrating point: an online listing led me to believe only one center support was included for the large span; I ordered extras from the manufacturer and later found the shipment actually included three center supports, so I bought more than needed.

Sturdy but takes time to position
Solid once installed. It took two of us about an hour to hang because we measured carefully for bracket placement. Installation was straightforward but precise measuring is required. I would buy it again.
